SPASA and the Institute of Research and Leaning (IRLearning) understand that the industry is constantly evolving, and businesses and technicians alike are calling for more accessible, practical training options. In response, IRLearning has continued to invest in developing targeted, high-quality training products designed to meet these needs.
Recently, IRLearning put a call out to industry through an expression of interest, asking what topics and skills professionals most wanted to see covered. We listened carefully to that feedback, and as a result, we’re excited to announce the release of two new e-learning courses: Advanced Water Chemistry and Introduction to Commercial Pool Maintenance. We’re proud to support industry growth and will continue to develop more training opportunities over time.
This course is designed for experienced pool technicians who are ready to take their knowledge to the next level. It focuses on troubleshooting complex water chemistry issues and fine-tuning treatment approaches across a range of pool environments. Participants will learn how to address more challenging scenarios confidently, improve water quality outcomes, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
