This therapeutic, architecturally integrated spa is a striking fusion of luxury, engineering & outlook. Positioned on the first floor to maximise uninterrupted river views, the spa features a full-length glass window that visually dissolves the boundary between water & landscape, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding environment. A second glass panel set into the spa floor offers a dramatic and unexpected perspective, allowing natural light to filter to the home’s entry below.
"This remarkable first-floor spa project combines luxury design with advanced engineering to create a truly standout feature. A fully engineered concrete spa was installed at upper level, requiring precise structural coordination, load management and waterproofing.
The design showcases a full-height glass wall capturing uninterrupted river views, complemented by a striking glass floor panel that creates a visual connection to the home's entry below. Colour-changing LED lighting enhances the spa experience, highlighting the water, finishes and architectural form.

Perched above the home’s garage structure, the 26 Saunders project is a stunning 13.30m x 7.00m fully tiled 3 sided vanishing edge pool showcasing precision engineering & luxury architectural design. Featuring a central sun deck, integrated spa seating, contrasting aqua overflow wall tiles and crisp white LED lighting, this pool delivers a striking resort-style finish. Built under extremely restricted access and complex structural conditions, it is a standout example of innovation & workmanship.
"This contemporary pool showcases a sleek rectangular design with clean architectural lines that perfectly complement the modern home. Featuring a stunning three-sided infinity edge, the pool creates a seamless visual connection with the surrounding landscape and enhances the sense of space and luxury.
A centrally positioned sun deck is integrated within the pool, providing a dedicated area for relaxation while maintaining the pool's minimalist geometric form. An in-pool spa seat further enhances the resort-style experience, offering comfort and functionality.

This elevated pool feels purpose built for the dramatic beauty of the south west coastline. Set high above the landscape, it frames the ocean views as though they’re part of the architecture itself. The interior is fully tiled in shimmering glass mosaics. The structure has a clean, contemporary presence, crisp lines, refined materials, and a sense of weightlessness as it hovers above the surrounding garden. It’s the kind of design that blends engineering with artistry.
"South West Dreaming is a striking elevated pool that captures the essence of luxury coastal living in Yallingup. Fully tiled in shimmering glass mosaics, the pool appears to float above the landscape, framing sweeping ocean views while seamlessly integrating with the home's contemporary architecture. Combining sophisticated engineering, premium finishes and elegant design, the project delivers a resort-style experience that celebrates its spectacular South West setting.." - P and B Pools
Bovell Sanctuary showcases a beautifully integrated Little Pool Co Refresh 6 plunge pool paired with a dedicated two-person spa pod, creating a luxurious outdoor retreat. Surrounded by decking, bushland and a fire pit area, the installation blends seamlessly with the home while delivering a stunning space for relaxation, hydrotherapy and year-round enjoyment. - West Coast Plunge Pools
At this showstopping Sorrento residence no stone was left unturned in the pursuit of luxury, health, fun and lifestyle for the owners to enjoy! Dual zones showcasing the 8m Resort pool & spa and a purpose-built basketball court is both practical and inspiring. Servicing the Southwest region of Perth, the Mandurah Display Centre has undergone a major renovation over the past year to present customers with WA's largest contemporary inground pool display. Showcasing the latest designs in pools & exterior concepts, the centre offers all 11 colour finishes, state-of-the-art construction, equipment options and WA’s only 5-Tick pool product. Visitors can enjoy a comprehensive pool shopping experience, better visualising their own home paradise!
"The design and landscaping elements of this project, undertaken by Denise Staffa at Outside In, formed an extensive renovation where existing pools and structures were retained while new landscaping, barriers, structures and pool zones were introduced to enhance the overall centre. The challenge was to elevate the space while ensuring the entire display remained cohesive and visually connected. With several original and popular pool displays remaining in place, a key design consideration was integrating these existing features without disruption. The goal was to preserve what customers already loved, while seamlessly incorporating new design elements to deliver a refreshed aesthetic and renewed energy throughout the centre." - Barrier Reef Group WA
This rustic outdoor oasis is a visual and aural feast for the senses - a palate of pleasures where every turn reveals a unique and pleasing individual touch and representation of the owners style and desire. The water wall, lighting and pool/spa design creates an oasis of relaxation and relief that not only calms the senses but practically blocks the industrial uses at the rear of the property. The Bush Post Patio adds shade for the young family.
"Home Resort transforms a compact backyard into a private resort-style retreat, delivering relaxation, beauty and functionality within a challenging footprint. Designed to complement the home's existing architecture, the freeform pool mirrors the curves of the driveway while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape. A striking water wall, ambient lighting and thoughtfully selected finishes create a tranquil sensory experience, while effectively screening industrial surroundings at the rear of the property. Despite complex construction challenges, including extensive grout injection to support an active commercial driveway, the result is a stunning family oasis that combines exceptional craftsmanship with resort-inspired living."
