Perched atop a hillside with sweeping city views, this expansive pool and oversized spa deliver true resort-style luxury.
"The challenging hillside location required precise engineering and construction, with specialised footings designed to accommodate the steep terrain and stabilise rock encountered during excavation. Through detailed engineering, strict construction processes and meticulous attention to detail, the site was transformed into a stunning outdoor retreat.
Surrounded by established trees that provide privacy and soften the contemporary design, the project delivers an exceptional balance of aesthetics, craftsmanship and functionality, creating a luxurious destination for relaxation and entertaining while making the most of its spectacular hillside setting." This modern, curved design is built flush with the back deck of the house, allowing the owners to seamlessly walk from their home straight into the spa, pool, and bar stool area. All year round, they can enjoy a hot spa heated up to 40°C, while the pool can also be comfortably heated for swimming. The system is controlled effortlessly through a fully automated setup, allowing the owners to operate their pool and spa from their smartphone anywhere in the world with a phone signal.

The pool and spa feature a striking curved design, elevated above ground to align flush with the back deck, allowing a natural flow from the home into the pool, spa, and in-water bar area. Designed for “her love” and built for “his love”. Rather than forcing the landscape into a conventional flat layout, Plunge embraced the natural levels of the site, creating three circular decking platforms that act as graduated steps leading up to the pool zone.
