SPASA closed out the year in true summer style, hosting a series of end-of-year events across the country. From Brisbane, Perth (twice!), Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and right up to Darwin, members and industry partners came together to catch up, reflect and enjoy a well-earned celebration.
Each event had its own local flavour, but one thing stood out everywhere we went: a sea of bright Hawaiian shirts. The laid-back theme brought plenty of colour and fun to the room, helping set the tone for relaxed conversations, shared laughs and a genuine sense of community as we all looked ahead to 2025.
SPASA CEO Kristin Brookfield captured the mood perfectly, saying:
“It’s been a big year for our industry, and these events are a reminder of the incredible people who make it all happen. Seeing our members come together, with plenty of tropical shirts on display, was the perfect way to wrap up the year. We’re excited for what 2026 will bring.”
Across every city, the atmosphere was upbeat and full of momentum. Members swapped stories, celebrated achievements, and talked enthusiastically about the opportunities on the horizon. It was a fantastic way to finish the year and recognise the strength and spirit of our industry.
