Collaroy Plateau Residence transforms pool safety into a refined landscape feature. Combining custom curved frameless glass with white vertical steel rod fencing, the barrier follows the organic flow of the backyard while remaining fully compliant. The installation of Collaroy Plateau Residence required a high level of technical accuracy, particularly in relation to the curved frameless glass. Standard panels were not suitable for this project; each panel needed to be carefully templated and fabricated to follow the exact arc of the pool edge and curved hardscape. The tolerances were tight, and the success of the finished barrier depended on millimetre-perfect alignment across the full run so the glass line remained smooth, balanced and visually refined. - Glazed Co
This striking waterfront pool installation showcases a custom Compass Pools pool and spa combination, designed to deliver a luxurious resort-style experience. The design features a custom sleeved beach entry, integrated spa and a dramatic water curtain feature wall, creating a visually stunning centrepiece while maintaining functional relaxation zones. Constructed on a tidally influenced sand waterfront site, the installation required precise timing and specialised de-watering techniques to allow the pool to be installed safely during a narrow low-tide window.
