We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Service Technician to join our close-knit team. This is a diverse, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be working across residential and commercial sites, delivering top-quality technical service while building strong customer relationships.
Pool cleaning, servicing, and water balancing across residential and commercial sites
Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting pool and pump systems
Performing repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations
Preparing quotes for repairs, upgrades, and new systems
Managing warranty service and repair work
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support business growth
Working towards and achieving service and sales KPIs
Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service on every visit
Liaising with internal team members and external stakeholders
Assisting with stock control and stocktake
Providing occasional support at our retail stores in Chipping Norton and Liverpool
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a pool technician (essential)
Strong technical knowledge of pool and pump systems
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
A team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales awareness with confidence to upsell services and products
Current driver's licence
