We specialise in premium pool and spa chemicals and equipment and are a Maytronics Elite Dealer, Astral Platinum Dealer and BioGuard Distributor.

About the role

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is eager to learn all aspects of the pool and spa industry.

This is a role that offers a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Water testing and analysis

  • Ability to diagnose and repair Dolphin pool cleaners

  • Greeting and serving customers

  • Handling phone enquiries

  • Providing solutions and problem-solving

  • Selling and upselling pool and spa chemicals and equipment

  • Booking pool technicians

  • Processing invoices and following up tasks from completed jobs

  • Preparing quotes

  • General store cleaning and upkeep

  • Stock management

  • Manual handling (ability to lift up to 20kg required)


About You

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Previous retail experience (min. 3 years)

  • Availability to work weekends

  • Strong communication skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Reliability and punctuality

  • Technical mind

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Willingness to learn about the pool and spa industry

  • A trustworthy and energetic nature

  • Confidence using computers and retail systems

  • Strong multitasking skills

  • A positive, can-do attitude and solid work ethic
