About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our award-winning team. This is a hands-on role working across all stages of pool construction, from excavation through to completion.
You’ll be part of a tight crew that values quality workmanship, safety, and getting the job done right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in pool set out and excavation works
• Perform pre-plumbing and rough-in plumbing tasks
• Steel fixing and forming
• Assist with concrete spray and structural works
• General labouring and site preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
• Previous construction or labouring experience (pool experience highly regarded but not essential)
• White Card (mandatory)
• Driver’s licence
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
