IRLearning is the training division of SPASA (Swimming Pool and Spa Association), delivering nationally recognised, industry-led training across the pool and spa, construction, aquatic and business sectors.
We are a growing and industry-aligned RTO focused on delivering high-quality, compliant training and supporting our students and industry partners to succeed.
You will be responsible for managing student administration across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with RTO standards and funding requirements, while also supporting training coordination, invoicing and enquiries.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working within a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end student enrolments and records within aXcelerate
Ensure all enrolments are compliant, including LLND, induction and eligibility requirements
Prepare and maintain funding documentation (e.g. Training Plans, ERAs)
Support AVETMISS reporting and ensure data accuracy at all times
Monitor student progress, completions, withdrawals and extensions
Issue qualifications and statements of attainment in line with compliance requirements
Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, Zoom setup and workshop logistics
Manage student invoicing and support payment tracking
Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email
Maintain accurate, compliant and audit-ready records at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in an RTO administration role (essential)
Experience with funding contracts and reporting requirements (essential)
Strong working knowledge of AVETMISS and compliance obligations
Experience using a student management system (aXcelerate highly preferred)
High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive, reliable and accountable approach to your work
