The Institute of Research and Learning (IRLearning) is the training division of the Swimming Pool & Spa Association (SPASA), the peak industry body for the pool and spa sector. As SPASA’s dedicated RTO, IRLearning specialises in construction, aquatic and business qualifications, developed by industry for industry.
Through IRLearning, SPASA delivers nationally recognised training that supports skills development, professionalism and long-term growth across the sector. IRLearning continues to expand nationally and is recognised as the specialist training provider for the pool and spa industry.
This is an internal sales role (phone, email and online lead generation), where you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students engaging with IRLearning. The position focuses on responding to enquiries, following up warm leads and converting interest into enrolments across IRLearning’s training business. You’ll work closely with the administration team to ensure prospective students receive clear, timely and accurate information, and are supported through a smooth and positive enrolment experience from first contact through to commencement.
This role is ideally based in Sydney or Brisbane, however we’re open to remote arrangements or working from one of our offices for the right candidate.
