As IRLearning continues to expand nationally and across multiple funding streams, we are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance professional to take ownership of our regulatory and funding compliance frameworks.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for owning RTO compliance across regulatory, contractual, and funding requirements. You will be the trusted point of authority for compliance, audit readiness, and quality systems, working closely with leadership, trainers, assessors, and administration staff.
This role suits someone who understands that funding compliance is just as critical as regulatory compliance, and who enjoys building systems that are practical, clear, and audit-ready rather than theoretical.
You will have the autonomy to review what exists, strengthen what matters, and guide the organisation with confidence.
