Our Story
Our story is one of hard work, determination, and a deep love for the spa and pool industry. It all began in the early 1980s when Warren Anderson, with the support of his wife Jennifer, had a vision to bring relaxation and wellness into Australian backyards.
Warren and Jennifer: The Beginnings
Warren was an entrepreneur from the age of 15. He started as a paperboy, delivering the evening Herald for $3.45 per week. Not long after, he secured the morning Sun paper route, which quickly tripled his income. When a new opportunity arose at Box Hill Hospital, Warren eagerly pleaded to take on the role, which included selling not just newspapers but also magazines and chocolates. His determination paid off, boosting his earnings to over $25 per week. With some clever negotiation, he even convinced the matron to let him sell papers in the maternity ward, further increasing his income to $35 per week.
Leaving school at 16, Warren became a tradesperson and, by 1978, was making more money than the Prime Minister at that time.
Jennifer, on the other hand, was a born leader and teacher from the age of 5. She first met Warren when she was only 14. It wasn’t “love at first sight”—Jennifer was looking for someone tall, dark, and handsome. However, Warren’s persistence eventually won her over one year later. Jennifer went on to complete a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Genetics) and a Diploma of Teaching.
Warren and Jennifer were married in 1974.
Growing the Legacy
Over the years, Endless® Spas has grown into a well-known and trusted Australian company. What started as one family’s dream has now evolved into a legacy that continues through the next generation. Warren and Jennifer couldn’t be prouder to see their three children—Joel, Rachel, and Jaclyn—working full-time alongside them, bringing fresh ideas and energy to take the business in exciting new directions.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Onsite Customer Service / Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support for our pool and spa clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute onsite cleaning and setup of pool and spa chemistry.
Perform cleaning duties for new swimming pools.
Educate customers on effective maintenance of spa and pool chemistry.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Experience or willingness to undergo training for basic servicing, such as pump and controller replacement.
Interest in obtaining a connect and reconnect electrical certificate.
Ideal Candidate:
Possesses a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Keen on learning and developing skills in pool and spa maintenance.
Values teamwork and thrives in dynamic work environments.
Valid drivers licence
