Tassie Pools & Spas has been designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining swimming pools and spas for over 35 years. We manufacture locally in our Launceston factory, allowing immediate delivery using only the highest quality vinyl ester resins and fiberglass materials.
About the role
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Maintenance & Installation Supervisor to lead our team in Launceston.
Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not essential or alternatively a building/trade background. Must be a team leader and able to show direction.
This is a full –time position that will be paid according to experience & qualifications. Some flexibility with working hours available.
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Work unsupervised, show attention to detail.
- Requires supervision of staff and good communication skills.
- Planning and co-ordination of jobs and liaising with customers.
- Good record keeping skills.
- Be of a warm, friendly disposition and motivated
- Capable of meeting deadlines and dedicated to our customer base.
- Driver's License is essential.
- Forklift License would be beneficial.
